It is called the "eléctrico 28" and, if you are lucky,
it leads to Pleasure (Prazer in portuguese).

This is the picture that inspired me this blog.
I was walking in Lisbon when i saw that clock...a non-clock...a clock without hands.
Where have I already seen it? I wondered...
A clock without hands must be a nightmare.
